Refund Policy

Acela CBD will provide a full refund for all fully sealed/unopened products within 30 days of your purchase. Acela CBD only accepts returns and refunds from purchases made on www.Acela CBD.com.

We will not accept returns from a purchase made in a retail store. By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program.

Please email or call us if there are any issues with the product you received and we are more than happy to speak with you as we want to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish return your SEALED product please see our Returns Process below.

Returns Process:

1) Email us at mculbertson@acelacbd.com to inform us that you will be returning your SEALED product within the 30-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.

2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please provide the tracking number to mculbertson@acelacbd.com so we can keep an eye out for it.

3) Once we receive your return and can confirm all products are sealed, we will then issue a refund at which point you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days.
