When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Please allow up to 24-72 hours to process and ship your order. All orders placed at any other time, on during US federal holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Where do we ship?
Acelacbd.com offers shipping to most US states (please check our product pages to see specific restrictions). Shipping is available to APO/FPO addresses. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
Please make sure to carefully review your shipping and billing address before placing your order. Incorrect address submissions may result in delayed delivery, or returned packages. In the event of the package being returned to acelacbd.com due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided, the package will not be reshipped until a 15% restocking and shipping fee is payed by the customer.
We take the utmost care in ensuring that your order is packed and shipped timely and accurately. But, accidents or mishaps may still occur. If, upon receipt, your order contains damaged, missing or incorrect items, please report these within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide a picture of the packing slip and the items at issue received. Once your claim has been approved, we will assist you in correcting the issue.
